The Super Soco TC Max electric motorcycle has been available since mid-2019 and has become one of the most sought-after models as soon as it hit the market. It is a light and compact electric bike, which can accelerate up to 95 km/h, with a range on a single charge of 160 kilometers.

In our review, we offer a closer look at this electric bike, which was created in close cooperation with Xiaomi.
Externally, the model cannot be distinguished from the gasoline variants, which are made in classic style. The main purpose of this motorcycle is to ride around town for short distances, so the designers paid increased attention to ergonomics, safety systems, and ease of operation.

The electric motorcycle Xiaomi Super Soco TC Max is offered in two versions: traditional wheels with spokes and cast wheels. The second modification looks more stylish and gives the appearance of impetuousness.

The bike is available in five colors: black, white, gray, red, and yellow. Depending on the configuration, the model can be equipped with different engines, displays, and batteries.

The wheels are covered with long and wide fenders, so they reliably protect the rider from splashing and dirt.
The steering wheel on the Super Soco TC Max is a classic one, it is comfortable to steer and makes even sharp turns. On the right, the handle is equipped with a speed switch. Three modes are available:

Economy. The maximum speed is up to 35 km/h.
Standard, with its activation, you can accelerate up to 60 km / h.
The high-speed mode, allows you to reach the indicated speed of 95 km/h.
Similar modes have the electric motorcycle Super Soco TC Cafe, but here it has a maximum speed limited to 65 km / h, but it stands out for its design, made in the style of a “cafe-racer”.

An interesting solution is the placement of blocks of brake fluid on the steering rack, so it is easy to change it.

To display information about speed and other important parameters, a color LCD is used. In addition to speed figures, it displays data on the battery level, the driving mode used, air temperature, and power reserve.

The screen also displays various warning messages, such as the operation of lights, the presence of problems with engine startup, etc.

Another bonus from the manufacturer is the ability to connect a smartphone to the display, so it will display data on incoming calls, notifications, and other useful information.

An interesting feature of the model is that it will not move until the rider removes the footrest.

The Xiaomi Super Soco TC Max motorcycle is equipped with disc brakes with a diameter of 240 mm. There are three floating calipers and three pistons on the front wheel, the same number of calipers are installed on the rear, but the piston is only one.

Teflon brake hoses are used for increased safety, which guarantees their high durability. A venting function is provided to improve brake response and prevent the brakes from overheating.

When the engine is started, the dipped headlight automatically comes on. This option can be deactivated if necessary. To switch to a high beam, only one button needs to be pressed.

The headlights are LED, with five times the performance of standard halogen versions. The turn indicators are also LED. At the rear of the body are located the parking lights and brake lights. All lights are reliably protected against moisture and dust.

The finish imitates leather. The seat is soft and comfortable enough, even after several hours of riding the Super Soco electric scooter, you will not feel tired.

The seat can comfortably accommodate two people. During the ride, the passenger can not only hold on to the driver but also to the special handles located under the seat.

Xiaomi’s electric bike has a motor wheel from Bosch. Thanks to this solution, there is no need for a gearbox, and acceleration is very smooth and quite fast.

Due to the starting power of 1200 watts and 180 Nm of peak torque, the bike is not much inferior to its gasoline competitors in acceleration time.

When you turn on the ignition, you will hear a sound that resembles that of a running laptop. But it won’t be practically audible, because the engine is electric. While driving, the electric motor also runs almost silently, which may be unaccustomed at first.

It is recommended to start moving with the economy mode, as the Super Soco TC MAX electric bike literally takes off from the spot when you choose the speed option.

The lithium battery made by Panasonic is located in the same place where in classic motorcycles there is a gas tank. Its capacity is 60 V / 30 Ah at a weight of 20 kilograms.
